    Super easy, I added some chopped onion into the pot since it was handy but it was good. The filling for tacos was a little liquidy, next time we might shred the chicken and then spoon in some of the instant pot filling rather than remix the chicken into the pot. We added guacamole, sour cream and cheese as toppings.

    I actually didn't have all the ingredients but had a few substitutes... it was still really good!
