Made 12 servings and my whole family loved it (minor miracle)! Some enjoyed it wrapped in a tortilla. It's very ricey, so if you're not unti that, reduce the rice and liquid to 2 cups as s the recipe author suggests. Soooooooo good!! And EASY!
