This was a hit with the family! I didnt have an "instant pot" but still followed all the steps and ingredients but had to do the laddle/absorption method for the rice. It took about 45mins-50mins for the rice to cook but it was delicious! The kids have asked for this meal to be incorporated into our weekly dinners!

This was very blah, not bad, just blah. Chicken was flavorful. I just added spices, but I didn't measure anything there. Despite adding some extra things in for flavor, it fell flat for us. I won’t re-attemp. On to the next

Risotto was a lil crunchy I cooked it added 1 more minute to cook, I’m a beginner this is my second cook!

Super easy! The only thing I added was minced garlic and some garlic salt. Super easy, quick and filling.

Pretty good! Really easy and not a ton of ingredients. Could use a little more flavor but overall a good dish!

Texture of the rice wasn’t quite perfect, May have been something I did wrong. Good flavor though, and easy enough to prepare.

Simple to make dish with great flavor. I added some garlic powder and instead of unsalted butted, I used butter with salt since the notes remarked it might not have enough salt. At the end I added all of the same seasoning with smaller amounts.

Easy to prepare and kid friendly. Even my picky eater liked it, but I did omit the mushrooms.
