Excellent! I used chicken thighs with the bone and they weren’t done in the 10 minutes. I will adjust next time or use skinless boneless thighs or breasts. Used rotel tomato’s for extra spice, yum! Will maybe put a drop or two of liquid smoke next time. Really great recipe with readily available pantry ingredients. Will definitely make again. Hubster approved!

Pretty good. It didn't taste like any other mole sauce I've had and very spicy, but you can control the heat by adding more or less of the adobo sauce.
