The food was delicious, however the directions could have been more complete. For example, before I realized my error, I combined the onions and peppers with the tomatoes and herbs. So I wasn’t able to sauté them. So instead I combined everything (minus the chicken) and boiled the whole mix for about 5 minutes to soften everything up. Finally, added the chicken , closed the lid , and cooked it on high pressure for 10 minutes. Everything turned out great but I still wish I’d been able to sauté the peppers n onions.
More detailed instructions would earn the 5th star
