- 2 cups sweet corn (frozen white)
- 6 oz. bacon (cooked and crumbled, or 3 oz package of real bacon bits)
- 1/4 cup green onions (diced)
- 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
- 3 avocados (small to medium ripe, sliced into bite size pieces)
