this was really tasty. I made it with chicken breast instead and it came out great

This recipe is so easy, hearty, and delicious! Most of the ingredients I always have in my pantry, so it’s just a quick trip to the store for chicken and green onions and I’m good to go. I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce (due to an intolerance) and I usually up the amount by half, as well as the white vinegar, since I like more sauce. I also like to increase the cayenne pepper a bit for a bigger punch. I serve with jasmine rice or basmati to soak up that delicious sauce. This meal is always on my rotation because it’s quick and so very good! Never any leftovers because my husband and I devour it all.

Easy, great taste. To spicy for my wife so next tim maybe cut out the chili powder

Filipino here, great recipe! I added double the onion, soy sauce and vinegar to make it more saucy (personal preference!), then brown sugar as the sauce was thickening. Comes out tasting closer to paksiw than adobo, but that’s how my family likes it. Definitely recommend!

I was impressed because it was prepared in the Insta pot! My mom always cooked it on the stove. It was yummy!!

A tad too salty, probably would’ve skipped the salt when seasoning the chicken and it would’ve been fine. Would make again, it was good

Great recipe. Added a tablespoon of sugar to balance out the acidity, but otherwise delicious.

so good! ended up doubling the recipe and cooked it for about 17 minutes before manual release.
