This was quite good. I modified a few things though. I used a 28oz can of green enchilada sauce, my own homemade chicken broth, and the diced tomatoes I used had jalapeños and habaneros diced in them too. Gave it a nice little kick. I threw in some frozen corn and a can of black beans (drained and rinsed). Family enjoyed it!

turned out pretty well, added some low carb tortilla strips to give it a good crunch.
