Pretty good! I decided not to add the hot sauce since my daughter doesn’t like spicy food. Probably would have been more flavourful had I added it in but still wasn’t bad.
Only thing I would change is this recipe calls for a ridiculous amount of cheese. It called for 16oz. I added roughly 8oz and that was more than enough.

Simple, easy, yet very good loaded mac n cheese! I halved the ingredients and prepared in 3qt Duo. Substituted some red pepper flakes for the hot sauce. Yum'D :)
