This is a weeknight favorite for our family! It’s simple but always turns out delicious.

Delicious and easy pasta. I had to figure out how to adjust the recipe for an Insignia pressure cooker rather than an Instapot. The vegetable steamer setting, set to 4 minutes, worked for cooking the pasta. Next time will try to add vegetables, but I’m sure this simple version would be a hit with picky eaters and young children.

This was pretty good, although I will likely change a few things in the future based on personal preference. Thanks for sharing.

Delicious, simple, and easy. Made my own sausage with seasoning and ground turkey. The ricotta broke from the heat so not pretty but still tasty. I always doctor the spaghetti sauce with fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Used penne pasta, could have used a 5 min cook and think next time only 10oz of pasta to have it a bit more on the saucier side.

Definitely will be making it again! Super easy and better than lasagna. Used spicy Italian sausage for more flavor.

This was a good recipe, but it definitely needs some spices. I added garlic, fresh parsley, salt and pepper. I think it would have been very bland without adding some spices (which is why I gave it 4 stars vs. 5). Just as a cooking tip, my pasta was thick (Cellentani) and I probably should have pressure cooked it for 5 min instead of 4, but will know that for next time!

amazing i used harlic infused chicken broth and browned 1 small onion and added 2 carrots to the stock... i did not add any ricotta or cheese to the recipe i just added parmesan and mozzarella when serving

Made half the recipe in my InstantPot mini. I used mild Italian sausage, but I think I would prefer at least a mix of ground beef and sausage, personally. And use cottage cheese instead of the ricotta. I appreciated the detailed InstantPot instructions.

I made this in my Ninja Foodi and it was fantastic and stupid easy. I didn’t bother measuring just threw everything in at the appropriate time. I used the big jar of tomato sauce and it took a big container of beef broth to cover the noodles so it was a little heavy on the sauce but good. Next time, and there will be a next time I will probably do it the same except double the sausage and mozzarella .

I liked it. I think I will use ground beef and some seasoning next time. The Italian sausage was ok but nothing special.

Yummy! 😋 I used ground turkey because I didn’t have sausage, which I seasoned with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, minced onion flakes, fresh minced garlic, and fresh basil paste. I used a lb. of radiatore, so I used a jar of pasta sauce, can of tomato sauce, and can of Italian diced tomatoes. It probably could have used an extra cup of broth also. The pasta was cooked perfectly after 4 minutes pressure. I topped each bowl with a little extra mozzarella after mixing the ricotta and mozzarella in. My husband and I really enjoyed it, and I will enjoy the leftovers!

Pretty good! I was happy with the flavor profile, but I followed the suggestion of the instructions and my parts was a bit over. Still delicious!

Loved it. Doubled the sauce and broth as my both of noodles was bigger. Will definitely make again.
