Excellent recipe! Used a tbsp of amchur powder instead of citrus juice. Used dried chickpeas. Just as good as any indian restaurant I've eaten at.

As a fan of Indian cuisine, this recipe exceeded my expectations and is, at the minimum, on par with if not superseding that of the quality and taste of the best local Indian restaurants in town.

This recipe turned out perfectly- my only complaint would be the lack of prep and cooking times, so it isn’t terribly compatible with the Yumly! scheduling feature.
