- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. fenugreek (ground)
- 1 3/4 cauliflower
- 1 head florets
- 1 cup water
- 5 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas (thawed, optional; leave out to lower the carbs)
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 cheddar (Buttered rolls I used my Low Carb, Bay Biscuits)
