- 2 cups orange juice (fresh not from concentrate)
- 1 jalapeno chilies (stem removed )
- 1 yellow onion (medium, skin removed, ends removed )
- 2 lime (1/4 cup)
- 1 cup vegetable broth (may need more )
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup salsa (your favorite)
- tortillas (for tacos, I used Siete Cassava Tortillas )
