Eh...wasn’t what I hoped for but that may be my fault. The meat I got was already seasoned and then I still put the seasonings the recipe called for. I’ll give it another go with unseasoned meat and see if that improves. Not sure I would use the orange juice again though. The pot doesn’t need the extra liquid and there was a LOT of liquid left over.
