Turned out shiny and tasty. Not overwhelming sweetness. Did it twice and I prefer to do big chunks so when stir it, if it breaks in pieces, they are still big enough chewable pieces. I'll pressure cook it for less time as well as the manual release isn't as quick as I'd want to maintain firm sweet potatoes.

These were yummy. I don’t have an instant pot, so I boiled the cubed yams and then did everything in a pan. A good mix of sweetness, not too sugary. Will make them again!
