    It was easy, but the chicken ended up more poached than I would have liked, and it could have been more lemony. The instructions could be more clear - for example, it took over 20 minutes to depressurize. Definitely take the time to thicken the sauce - it made a reasonable gravy for the smashed red potatoes I served it with.
