- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs (or use breast, bone-in, or whatever works for you. If frozen, add 1-2 minutes to total time)
- 4 oz. butter (cut into cubes, use coconut oil if dairy free)
- 4 oz. heavy cream (use full-fat coconut milk if dairy free)
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

I will probably Double the chicken next time and freeze it in freezer safe packs for a very quick dinner

Was sent this recipe from a book from a friend and was happy to see it on this website too. This very tasty and makes extra sauce. We make this with rice or noodles.

Use breasts and substituted curry powder for the cumin, amazing dish and flavor. We served with sushi rice (also cooked in the instant pot) and naan. Soooooo amazing!!

Oh SO DELICIOUS!
Followed the recipe exactly, except I made it in the slow cooker, had all ingredients except butter and cream in for 7 hours then added dairy and turned heat down to low for 45 mins, I also browned the chicken thighs before adding to slow cooker

Instead of a can of diced tomatoes, I used 6 oz of tomato paste and 1 cup of water. This eliminated the need for hand blender.

I’ve made this multiple times and we never have sauce left over. My family simply slurps it up like soup, because it is delicious.
