    Finally! An Instant Pot recipe I made turned out good! This one is great, the flavor was wonderful and the rice cooked perfectly. I made it exactly according to the instructions, except that I used 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 cup of salsa. I also used Jasmine Rice. I don't know if using Brown Rice would work as well because it typically needs to cook longer.

    I used 93% ground turkey to cut the calories a bit. I’m doing WW and each portion was only 7 points (without added cheese or avocado)! The servings are generous too, and my family really liked them. Will definitely make again.

    Good taste, kept getting the burn message though so the rice wouldn’t cook. Worked well as nachos, as well as a bowl with some avocado on it

    Very good my husband love it! I didn't use as much salsa and and added hot sauce instead and added some chili powder with it. It's great with corn chips. Definitely a do again! Instead of chicken broth I used water.

    I really wanted to like this recipe especially when my husband is coming home hungry & tired and this is a super easy recipe. Wrong! Total fail! My instant pot kept throwing *burn*. I have never gotten that in my year of using my pot. I followed the recipe to a T but there’s some misinformation in the ingredient line up. I’m sitting here eating half cooked brown rice and a delicious mixture of the other ingredients. Ugh.. letting it sauté since I can’t get the rice to cook. Idk if it was too thick or why it kept burning but it’ll too skeptical to try this again especially on a weeknight

    I just made it - sooooo good! Love it! So much flavor and so easy to make! In ingredients it says “2 pockets of Taco seasons” but in directions it says 1 - I used just one and it was perfect! This recipe is a keeper!

    Really good!!! Did made some changes instead of taco seasoning i used Burrito seasoning. Bought a Spanish rice in a box instead of using brown rice

    Delicious! A little “soupier” then I thought it was going to be, but tasted great when using tortilla chips to dip into it. Was enjoyed by the whole family.

    It was very easy and quick to make, tastes great but I tried to make it the main course and it's more of a side dish or snack during a game. Will definetely make again. Also added .25 cups less as I read previous comment that it was a bit watery and it came out perfect.

    It was really good. I only used one packet of seasoning and I put in a little more rice (wound up being a little too much so I’ll follow recipe next time) but it was quite tasty!

    Very good! I used quinoa instead of rice to give it a bit of a healthier spin. One piece of advice I have is to monitor the Instant Pot as mine gave me a "burn" error after a few minutes. This was resolved by adding a bit more broth and water and restarting the pressure cooker.
