I did 3 C of rice in 3.5 C liquid (freshly cooked bean water). The salt level was perfect and came out fluffy except for the very bottom ones were slightly mushy.

I think the cook time could have been a little longer than 15 mins. I let it naturally release the pressure instead of releasing pressure after 10 mins and it was still a little al dente so that’s why I think next time I will cook it a little longer than 15 mins. However, it still tasted fine. I substituted organic vegetable broth in placed of the water.
