Turned out great. I substituted Sesame oil for the olive oil and a can of chicken broth for most of the water and omitted the salt.

Wow! This had so much more flavor than the usual brown rice made just with water in the Instant Pot! Fantastic!

I made this a couple of times and have found it to be perfect every time. This is my go-to recipe for brown rice in the IP.

Works out perfectly, still firm. I used vegetable broth for extra flavour but isn't necessary.
