    Great! Quick and tasty. Didn’t have carrots but it was still good.

    Yummy for sure!!! I actually took full sized carrots and chopped them in food processor then added some of my water and blended it BEFORE I cooked it. I did the same with the broccoli, because I don’t have an immersion blender and wasn’t wanting a chunky soup today, but I’m sure it would taste good both ways.
