So we don’t drink beer. Maybe that’s the whole problem. I tried this with just water. I usually cook extras so I have leftovers to send for lunches. I added extra time but the brats were gray and yucky looking when the timer was done. I ended up finishing them in a frying pan on the stove which is how I usually make them in the first place. Would have been quicker if I’d just done that from the start. Oh well.
