- 1 1/4 lb. boneless beef chuck roast (or flank steak, sliced thinly across the grain)
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (fresh minced or grated)
- 3 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce (use coconut aminos for paleo or keto)
- 2/3 cup low sodium beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce (can also use vegetarian oyster sauce as needed)
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar (coconut sugar or 2 drops of Stevia for paleo or low carb as needed)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. chili (red pepper, flake or Sriracha, optional)
- 2 1/2 cornstarch (tablesoons, plus 3 tablespoons water, arrowroot starch for paleo)

pretty good! I would definitely cook it in the pressure cooker longer though. i usually cook meat like this for about and hour or two and its perfect

Made with flank steak which was still tough after the six minutes of pressure cooking

Good! I pretty much followed the recipe with the exception of omitting the salt. I added some roasted Peppers that I had. I used Szechuan pepper salt and spice blend as well as the red pepper flakes. Could have used a little more of the red pepper flakes. I served it over white rice. I would make this again it was easy and tasty.

this was amazing! i had to add another little bit of cornstarch to make the sauce a little thicker but everything turned out amazing!

it was my first time using a pressure cooker, and the directions were easy to follow. it turned out fantastic! my 1yr old was a fan

Oh my goodness! This recipe is every bit as good as any beef and broccoli that I've had in a restaurant. Easy and extremely tasty
