- 1/4 cup red wine (substitute beef broth)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable (olive or sunflower oil)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cornflour (mix with 2 tablespoon beef broth to form cornflour slurry)
