DE-LICIOUS! Followed recipe. Only difference I used my pressure cooker (I don’t have an Instapot). Definitely will be my go to for beef stew!

This turned out great for us! We didn't have Italian Seasoning, so I looked up the herbs typically in that and just tossed a bit of each in individually. Probably ended up with more than a teaspoon though! Will be coming back to make this one again.

Used 2cups beef broth .5 cup red wine. Extra garlic and 1 tbsp paprika. Turned out great! Stew meat was very tender. Keep veggies kinda big so they don't overcook.

It smelled amazing, but tasted rather bland. I used all the required seasonings, cut down a little bit on veggie because my pot is only 3qt, so not sure where it went wrong.

great!!! I skipped the italian seasoning & used frozen vegi mix of carrots, corn, green beans & peas. I added the frozen stuff on top as the last ingredient.
