- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 15 oz. red kidney bean (drained and rinsed)
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup light sour cream (or plain greek yogurt)
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

I made this for lunch, I used a teaspoon of chili instead of half, and added a third of a cup red pepper and added a can 9f brown beans. it turned out good, it taste really good. my Asian wife, a filipina loves it so much.
