This was incredibly easy so for that reason alone I love it. I went a little easy on the mayo, and a little heavier on the sriracha as I do like some extra heat. Bottom line, this was great and I’ll make it again.

adjusted the amounts of spice to the sauce. added additional chili flakes and sriracha. 💯 out of 💯. bang bang. 💥💥.

First recipe I cooked in my instant pot. My shrimp were frozen so I did those first for 0 minutes. I used a little less sriracha (for the kids). I thought it was great but the kids only ate the shrimp. They don't like sweet and sour sauce though. Will definitely make again!
