Excellent. Family enjoyed. The meal was fantastic. Absolutely love cooking in instant pot.

Easy, fast, and delicious. I used spareribs instead of baby back ribs and I may have overcooked them slightly (my bad) but it only resulted in meat so tender the bones were falling off as I removed the ribs from the Instant Pot. I brushed them with barbecue sauce before broiling them in the oven just until the sauce began to caramelize. Huge hit! I served them with smoked cheddar mac and cheese, baked beans, and a salad. Everyone was looking forward to the leftovers the next day.

Amazing! Fall off the bone full of taste and all in great timing! My family couldn't stop raving about how good these ribs were so they're definitely going into the repertoire.

Wonderful! Only cooked one very large slab- not two- so reduces cook time to 22 minutes and it was PERFECT!

These turned out really well. I used my homemade BBQ sauce and these were a hit with the whole family!

It was DELICIOUS! Instead of BBQsauce, I used a teriyaki sauce when I finished it in the grill thanks for a great, albeit easy, meal!

Easily the easiest and best tasting ribs I’ve made at home! This would be great for larger parties too as you can put several racks in at once. Fall off the bone good and the broiling at the end thickened the sauce and gives a tiny char. Excellent!!

Delicious! I have tried a lot of recipes on this website and not very many of them were worth making again. These definitely were.

Im confused, here it says 3 racks w/ serving size of 4. If you go in the recipe it calls for 1-2 racks w/ serving size 6. Also says 30 min depending on how many racks. What kind of directions is that? This is a confusing recipe

It was great! I cooked it for 40 minutes because my rack was thick. Next time 30-35. Finished it under the broiler. So easy!
