- 1 cup chicken stock

- 3/4 cup ketchup (I use Simply Heinz with no high fructose corn syrup)
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or honey if preferred)
- 4 large garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (Another 1/4 teaspoon for more spice)
