Sooo easy, sooo fast, sooo tender n juicy!
Finished off on the BBQ smeared with fav BBQ sauce & fresh grilled corn of course!

Mind Blown! They were falling off the bone before I even got em out of the pot onto the baking sheet where I then commenced to smothering them in my wife’s hometown bbq sauce and into the broiler for 5 minutes. Curse you InstaPot and that wonderful rub for being quicker and yummier than my grill!

This is the second time I have made this recipe. I don't even bother with the bbq sauce and the oven. I like them right out of the pot and dip it in the bbq sauce.
