Came out AMAZING. Doubled the recipe. The bbq with the smoke flavor was a hit. Broiling it at the end really made it tender and helped the bbq sauce stick to the chicken. I used sugar free bbq sauce and literally couldn’t taste the difference between regular.

Fall off the bone!
This recipe falls off the bone, and is very quick and easy!

Wow - very easy and turned out better than I’d hoped. I used Trader Joe’s Kansas City bbq sauce straight up. Also sprinkled the thighs (boneless) liberally with Penzeys smoky season sea salt prior to the instant pot.
