I used tofu instead of chicken. I add hot chili sauce that I make sesame oil and red chili peppers crushed. makes it extra good.

Tasted ok — better fresh than leftover as leftovers were a little mushy. Made with chicken broth instead of water and bumped up amount of vegetables for a more hearty meal.
