- 3 Tbsp. raw honey (which has many health benefits - Vegan Friends, feel free to use Maple Syrup or Natural Sweetener of choice.)

- 1 cup water (Coconut Water, or Sparkling Water , unsweetened.)
- 1 slice fresh ginger (optional - Peeled, Leave Whole or Crush)
