    Very delicious! I sautéed seasoned, cubed chicken breast along with the onion, took it out then added back in with the parm and zest. The one negative thing is the sauté setting is too hot to simmer the wine and rice for 12 minutes with the instant pot. But it didn’t seem to make a difference! Virtually countless add ins for veggies and protein options! It’s a keeper!

    Excellent. Seems soupy when you open the lid, don’t panic. Stir let it sit and enjoy. Yum!
