Will make this one many times!
Used 3 Braeburn and 3 Granny Smith - peeled.
Mixed 2 cups of water, tsp lemon juice, 1/4 c of agave with sliced and chunked up apples in base of instapot.
Then
Mixed 1/2c flour, 1 tsp cinn,, 1/4 tsp salt then cut in room temp 1/4 c butter. Added 1/4 cup br sugar and 3 tbsp honey. Used pastry tool to mix very well. Poured all of dry mix on top of apples and cooked according to directions.
Leaving lid off for 10-15 min after done cooking was great idea! Firmed up nicely. And, ours took almost 15 min to “natural release” after cooking.
