Really delicious & easy to prepare. I added a tbs of Dijon mustard to add a bit of punch. Great dish for guests

pretty good! i had to reduce the recipe, as it was only my husband and me. but tasty and surprisingly quick to put together. might want to adjust (less) the sun dried tomatoes, depending on your tastes.

Amazing and incredibly quick! The whole family loved it. We made some rice to go with it and added extra spinach. I will definitely make this again.

I usually never write reviews but WOW, this dish was a hit. Only difference was I added mushrooms and put a full cup of chicken broth instead of half. Going to make this dish on a regular basis.

What size Salmon fillet is 620 calories? I understand most of those calories are coming from the cream but when you're counting calories...or at least monitoring them...it's tough without portion sizes. A 3.5 ounce piece of salmon is 208 calories plus 200 cals for 1/4 cup of heavy cream...plus 54 calories for the cheese...and 20 cals for the sundried tomatoes...would be 482 calories for a "normal" portion of salmon...So, you could use 10% cream and reduce that by 83 calories to get it down to a 400 calorie meal. Unless it's a cheat day! :)

Loved it! Instead of spinach I used asparagus and added some shrimp to the dish. My wife loved it!

Great! I added broccoli and toasted pine nuts. Makes a great special occasion dish! This time tried to reduce the calories. Added Italian peppers. Deglazed with white wine mixed with Coleman’s mustard. Basil, paprika, garlic, salt. Yum!

AMAZING. I added some portobello mushrooms and deglazed the garlic with a little red wine. Also about 2 tablespoons of butter and mostly half and half.

Very good. I skipped the cornstarch as sauce was creamy and thick enough. I added hot al dente spaghetti to bring it together

I’m 16 and starting to cook more. This turned out really good!! My dad really liked it and told me it reminded him of what our mom used to cook. I didn’t have dried tomatoes so I used 3 tsp of tomato paste. I made this with pan seared green beans with garlic and a little soy sauce. Will definitely make again :)

Tried making them for dinner and it was indeed insanely good! I doubled the heavy cream, no more chicken broth but instead used chicken bouillon. No need for me to add cornstarch. Sauce is thick enough. Will definitely make this dish again!

Great, loved it! I actually used chicken, but I’m sure salmon would be just as good

Great!!! Will probably make salmon this way from now on. Made my own changes but still stuck mostly to the script.

It came out great. My first time having salmon and was unsure of trying it, but it was awesome and so easy.
