used maple syrup instead of honey. made only half recipe, got 9 cookies. used my new wave oven, 10 minutes on full power then 2 minutes on 70% power. came out lovely! they didn't last long lol.

Turned out pretty good actually! I added crunchy almond butter for more flavor. A little crumbly after the extra coconut oil but still had a great flavor.

These turned out incredible. Followed exactly, included dark chocolate chips and shredded coconut. Amazing texture and consistency. A nice chewy cookie.
