Yummly, time consuming but well worth it. I put chocolate chip on top instead of melted choc drizzle. Not as pretty but YUM.

i make these every year around the holidays. a little time consuming but so delicious

I wanted these to be absolutely delicious. They were pretty good. Here’s what kept them from being a five star recipe for me.
1. They were too sweet. Probably a less sweet cookie base would work better.
2. It was hard to get them to look as pretty as the picture. When I pressed down to make the indentation for the caramel, the pressure caused the outside edge to lose its circular shape and become ragged. Did not affect the taste, but I like a pretty presentation when I am making cookies for gifting.
3. Maybe just not paying attention on my part, but it should say “very finely chop” the pecans. Just would make it prettier.

These turned out good. The actual cookie tastes more like a brownie. I would add sea sat on top to break up how heavy it is with all of the chocolate and caramel.

Good but took a lot of preparation and did not taste as spectacular as I had hoped. Solid cookie, though, Meant for weddings, I would think.

These cookies are so decadent. Plus they look so yummy. Have made and taken to meetings and parties. Always the first to go.
