- 200 grams shrimps (you can mix with chunk chicken meat)
- 2 medium carrot (jullien cut)
- 1 napa cabbage (bak choy / ¼ part medium, / cabbage, shredded)
- 8 shallot (7- ,small red, finely slice)
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
