- 2 Tbsp. butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 lb. yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper (to taste)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese (1 oz. is about 1/3 cup)
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme (leaves only)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Grease a 12-cavity muffin pan liberally with the softened butter.
- Slice the potatoes a scant 1/8 inch thick and place in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

It was good, seeing its a potato dish. Personaly I'm not a fan of cheese so my opinion is going to be biased taste wise.

Really plain, tried putting parmesan cheese between every layer of potatoes but it still came out tasteless.

It turned out well. The potatoes turned out beautiful and tasted good but once you eat the top layer off the bottom is a little plain. I think next time I'll add cheese in between the layers.

Delicious. I definitely used more seasoning, and my potatoes were teeny tiny, but it was still great! I would use more cream next time because it was that good 😍

Very good. My wife usually doesn't like potatoes like this but she loved them. Will make again.
