Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the ground meats, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Using clean hands, work the ingredients together until combined into a uniform mixture.

Divide the mixture into 8 baseball-sized balls (roughly 5 oz. each), and shape into small loaves. Arrange the loaves on the baking sheet.

Wrap a strip of bacon around each individual meatloaf, making sure the ends are on the underside of the loaf. Return the meatloaves to the baking sheet.

Bake the meatloaves on middle rack of oven until the bacon is browned and crisp, and the meat is cooked through, 30-35 minutes.
PRO TIP If bacon does not brown adequately within the time period, try broiling it for about 5 minutes for that browned and crispy finish.

Check to see that meatloaves are done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.

Plate the meatloaves and serve immediately. Serve with ketchup, if desired.
