    Great!!!! My very hard to please mothers comment was “you can make this again.” I tripled the sauce, pulled some out to put in frozen spinach. My daughter who hates spinach liked it. I served w riced and riced cauliflower for those that can’t eat rice.

    Smells delicious while cooking, not bad at all. Easy and delicious. Modifications are possible, not experienced in curry making enough to know what to mod. Would definitely make again
