- 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken thigh (diced in 2 inch pieces)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 pinch salt (& Pepper)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- relish (1 Jar Wozz! Moroccan Tomato Onion)
- 7 oz. chicken stock
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup ground almonds (and or almond meal)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (Fresh, as garnish over butter chicken, optional)
- naan bread (toast in a skillet or oven to warm and brown before serving)
- basmati rice (cook according to package directions)
- mango chutney (Wozz! Spicy Summer, if you love a mango chutney with your Indian Curry dishes - we do!)
