- 2 stalks coriander leaves (Fresh, – washed and thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder (– homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt (As per your taste)
