    Great recipe! I did broil it for a few minutes for crispiness and marinated the tofu overnight

    love all the tofu receipts since its hard to find them that a rated..

    Marinade tastes delicious. Might try it on chicken. Tofu didn't really absorb it. Tofu came out nice and crispy (did the extra 8 minutes under the broiler), but little flavor. It was a nice complement in some lentil curry I made with it. Wish it didnt take so long to prep.

    Preparation is easy and the flavour is okay, but I found the dish to be a bit dry. I will likely pop the leftovers into a pasta dish or put it in some kind of Indian sauce.
