Really tasty! I could eat it even without the coconut milk added at the end. I used cooked lentils (from Trader Joe’s), so I added it later in the recipe - at the same time as the green beans. Served it with basmati rice. It was a hit with the family!

Big hit with the whole family I might add some additional spice next time as quite mild
