Made this for the first time the other night and loved it. It seemed too thick with the listed liquid amount, so I poured in the remainder of the carton of broth. Could still have used another cup or so of water. I also didn't blend it, as I prefer soups with more texture. Tastes great with cashews on top and eaten with some naan. As a word of advice, all the chopping takes awhile, so give yourself plenty of time for that part.

I’ve never eaten before and I liked it especially all the spices give it a nice kick. I did use an emulsion blender for all of it. Added some left over cubed chicken. Since I don’t like thyme I substituted basil. Otherworldly followed the recipe.

as is too thick. needs more broth.
also try to limit puree. it should be chunkier.
