- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stick cinnamon (small,)
- 1/2 Tbsp. coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder (adjust as per taste)
- salt (as per taste)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil (your choice Non-vegans may also use ghee)
