It was fabulous. I puréed it , used vegetable broth with extra veggies like kale and spinach /added a little more spices

I loved the soup. It was very easy to make and the instruction a very clear. I just added much more spices like pepper, salt and cilantro and spicy things. I like it spicy.

I was great. Thanks for sharing. I would definitely make it again. One thing I like is that this recipe is versatile.

Loved it! I did modify it a bit though. I used sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes and I used a spicy chili powder that gave it more kick than just the curry and tumeric. I topped it with sour cream, a drizzle of olive oil, and some fresh cilantro. Naan bread made it perfect. Delicious!
