    I served this dish for a dinner party and it was a big hit. I think the Garam Masala that you use can really make a big difference. I ended up using a combination of Spice Islands and Shan. I also added raisins and extra cashews after the blend. So delicious.

    Easy enough to make, and the flavors were spot on. I used chickpea tofu and that added more depth, color and mouth feel.
